$125.00 per person (Includes: Greens Fees, Cart and Hot Dinner)

1. To have FUN!
2. Network with your peers in the EHS&S fields
3. Raise funds for the NEACHMM Scholarship

Register by July 20 ($25 late fee thereafter) online at www.NEACHMM.org or return the attached registration sheet with payment.

If you are unable to play you can still attend the dinner, make a donation to the scholarship fund and/or sponsor a hole.

All proceeds go to the NEACHMM scholarship fund!
