The New England Chapter of the Academy of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers
(NEACHMM) is holding its annual Essentials of Hazardous Materials
Management Course to help you gain a foundation and prepare for the CHMM
Exam. The course can also be used by current CHMMs to obtain Credential
Maintenance Points (CMP). The Essentials of Hazardous Materials Management
Course is intended for experienced individuals who have been assigned duties or
responsibilities related to management of hazardous materials and wastes. It is ideal
for technicians, engineers, scientists, facility supervisors and managers, and
regulators. Course attendance does not ensure the CHMM exam will be passed, but
helps give attendees the tools needed to study for the exam. All sessions are taught
by instructors with extensive experience in the topic covered.
COURSE DETAILS
The course includes five half-day sessions. A portion of the final day is dedicated
to questions and answers, study questions, and other exam preparation.
